I started MMA personal training years ago to bring the training of top level athletes to anybody who wants to lose weight, get fitter, or learn new skills such as boxing or kickboxing. Throughout my fighting career I have learnt how to hone my own skills to the best they can be while becoming incredibly fit and now I am using these techniques to bring the best out of my clients.
I don't just hold myself to the highest standard either. I simply don't believe in the tired parodies of boxing and fitness training that are seen elsewhere. MMA personal trainers have done the hard yards training, competing and coaching. What is MMA?
